Products and Service bought on JEEMOCK cannot be cancelled or transferred to another user. The money paid to purchase or subscribe to a paid service would not be refunded, unless there is a case of multiple payments for the same product or service by the same registered user.

All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving cancellation request and mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done.
