Refund Policy

  • Products and Service bought on JEEMOCK cannot be cancelled or transferred to another user. The money paid to purchase or subscribe to a paid service would not be refunded, unless there is a case of multiple payments for the same product or service by the same registered user.
  • If you have done multiple payments for the same product or service, please include details and send us via contact Us form.
  • All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving cancellation request and mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done.
